PNJ Technology Partners is actively seeking a professional and motivated individual for an entry-level sales position as an Inside Sales Assistant/Lead Generator. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with existing accounts, and through cold-calling lead generation efforts. This is a permanent full-time position with growth potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting account managers/sales team on a daily basis as necessary
- Sales lead generation through phone calls, email, and social media
- Make 50-60 phone calls and emails a week to clients and prospective clients
- Schedule meetings with new accounts/prospects and existing accounts
- Complete projects, assignments, and other duties as needed to support company objectives
- Perform necessary/required office administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- 1+ years of experience with IT, Computers, and Peripherals
- Strong interest and desire to grow knowledge of IT and manufacturer product lines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ambitious, dedicated, professional demeanor and strong business ethics
- Previous experience in an office or work environment, meeting deadlines and interacting with others to complete tasks
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred
- General knowledge of IT manufacturer product lines
- Familiarity with Hewlett-Packard and Cisco products
- Prior sales experience
